I’ve recently started doing yoga and I have to agree that it’s not a form of exercise but a way of life. About a month ago, I found some amazing yoga videos on youtube – by Sadie Nardini.
This was the first one I came across, a very simple wake up sequence. And I was very surprised at how it actually worked!
No matter how sleepy or stiff I felt in the morning, after this simple 10 minute stretch, I would always feel better. So I started looking for more videos from her.
This one has to be my favourite.
It’s a kickass 20 minute video that I couldn’t even complete at first, but after about a week, it got alot better, and it made me feel strong. I do it whenever I know I won’t be able to exercise that day – only takes 20 minutes and you will be able to feel the burn.
I just signed up for my first course of yoga at Yoga Movement and I’m actually very very excited about it (: And being able to do things like buy clothes for Yoga is all part of the excitement.
